wHAT HAPPENS AFTER i APPLY?
After you apply we will review your application - this review takes 2-3 days - to evaluate if you will be suitable for the course.
Once this review is completed we will confirm with you if your application has been successful.
If you have been successful, we will then ask you to pay the initial course fee installment to confirm your enrollment. Note this initial payment is needed before you are given access to your course.
If you have been awarded or you are eligible for a scholarship your total course fees will be changed to reflect this.
hOW DO i PAY?
After your enrollment is confirmed, we will send you a payment link to set up your payment installments.
You will need a credit card to establish your payment plan.
Note, to maintain your enrollment and access to your course, you need to ensure you continue your scheduled installment payments.
Please note, if you cancel or fail to make an installment payments we will automatically assume you want to cancel your enrollment in the program.
WHAT MODULE SHOULD I START WITH?
As a student you will be given access to all of your course materials from the first day of your enrollment.
As a starting point, look at the course overview guide. This will provide advice on the best way to complete your course.
wHEN DO i ARRANGE MY WORKPLACE Learning?
Because the course is self paced delivery, we recommend every student plans out their course and how they intend to complete it. This includes when you expect to undertake your learning in the workplace.
You are free to undertake each separate section of your workplace tasks at different times of you prefer, or combine them to complete your course faster.

WHAT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL THE COURSE BEFORE I FINISH?
That is fine. You are free to exit the course at any time.
If you are paying on a subscription payment plan and decide to cancel your course prior to completion, no further course installments fees are due.
SELF CANCEL - most students are able to self-cancel their remaining installments via their payment dashboard. Proceed to cancel your subscription payment plan and we will will confirm you have cancelled from the course.
REQUEST A MANUAL CANCEL - if you are unable to self-cancel then you must ask in writing (via email below) to be cancelled manually. Please allow up to 10 business days for your cancellation request to be processed by our team. Any installments due in this period will not be able to be refunded.
Note, any monies already paid on a subscription payment plan prior to your cancellation are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Please refer to the Student Handbook to determine if you are eligible for a refund.
